Laura Hays is here for a short duration during her vacation in Florida. She has generously offered a schedule here at Synergy for the month of February. She is a skillful and deeply committed healing arts practitioner who brings 35 years of experience to her integrative bodywork practice. Her work focuses on helping people access the body’s deep wisdom and release limiting physical, emotional, and energetic patterns, supporting greater freedom, embodiment, and balance.
Laura weaves Zero Balancing, Polarity Therapy, and Cranio-sacral Therapy and is a Certified Zero Balancer, Registered Polarity Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist.

The Mindful Path Meditation Retreat

This 4-hour retreat is an opportunity for meditators and spiritual seekers to experience a variety of formal practices of mindfulness meditation. Except for a closing conversation, the retreat is held in noble silence with leaders Scott & Joy guiding the meditations. If you already have a practice this is an opportunity to have a deeper immersion. Beginners or sporadic meditators are welcome to join us as a springboard to a more regular practice. Emphasis is on cultivating focus, concentration, insight and compassion which will benefit participants and their families.

These extended sessions are open to all levels of health and are geared toward providing balance and finding conscious respite from any internal or external chaos or unrest. Each session offers a mix of movement and stillness as a way to guide participants to a newer level of self awareness.
The 2-hour Slow Your Roll workshop mixes in the basic principles and props of restorative with the added tension relief of Yamuna props and slow rolling to help students ease into their bodies. When you surrender to the inside you find your own unique path back to your natural state of health and well being.
