Have you kept up with your intentions for the year? It has not been that long ago when we set our intentions, goals and even those commercialized "New Years Resolutions". Unfortunately February is about when many lose their focus and reason for change.
If you find yourself in that group STOP and think for a second just why you wanted to make those changes in your life. How important they were and how committed you were to see them through.
It's not too late. Take a moment to regroup and get back on track. You are worth it!
