NEW!
Nourish is an 8-week online challenge that helps turn healthy eating intentions into lifelong habits. Wrapped in a captivating garden theme, Nourish lets you choose the activities most meaningful and motivating to you. Recording healthy activities will allow you to grow virtual veggies, fruits, and grains from around the world. Then, try delicious recipes with ingredients from your garden! Learn how you can increase energy, lift mood, and sharpen focus by eating more nutrient-rich food and less nutrient-deficient food.
Learn more and get a sneak preview of the virtual gardens via a short Nourish video.
Sign up now, and you can download the Nourish app, form a team (optional), add friends, and browse recipes while you wait for the challenge to kick off. Participate actively throughout the program and you'll be entered into a prize raffle at the end!
Monday, Feb. 19 - Sunday, April 14. Registration and team formation close Feb. 23.
Nourish is open to benefits-eligible faculty and staff only. For those who are Monthly Wellness Incentive recipients, completing this challenge is a great way to earn a Wellness Program Incentive in the Nutrition/Weight Management category. Sustained Dialogue
Building empathy is a key ingredient in building successful relationships and appreciation within the workplace. It helps to understand the perspectives, needs, and intentions of others. How do we make this happen? If you are interested in collaborating with others to practice dialogue skills and develop pathways to building empathy for faculty and staff at CWRU, you are invited to join a Sustained Dialogue group focused on creating a sense of belonging and appreciation in the workplace. Dialogue Groups are groups of 10-12 or fewer people who decide to meet for 8 sessions to build relationships and take action on a topic that they care about.
Thursdays, Feb. 8 - April 11 (no session March 14), from 2-3 pm via Zoom
