Dear Yoga Mind Li Friends,


Yoga Mind Li is a boutique Yoga Therapy Studio that offers both group and private sessions. Each class features a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, designed to enhance your yoga experience. In addition to our yoga classes, we provide Reiki healing therapy sessions, as well as private events and workshops tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community.


This coming month, we are excited to introduce a new series of Vinyasa Yoga classes focused on inward reflection during winter to foster emotional balance. Classes will be held every Sunday at 10 AM starting in February. Preregistration is required.


Can yoga help us achieve emotional balance, control mood swings, and cope with anxiety and stress? Absolutely. From the moment we wake, our emotions fluctuate without our conscious awareness. We can swing from excitement to stress, from anger to joy, our thoughts and behaviors oscillating like a pendulum. These mood swings can be attributed to a variety of factors, including neurotransmitter levels and hormonal imbalances. However, a significant contributor is often our inability to manage daily stress.


A stressed mind experiences uncontrolled emotional turmoil, impacting our efficiency and perception. In contrast, a calm and composed mindset enhances focus, boosts confidence, improves situation management, and helps navigate emotional ups and downs. Through the practice of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, we can achieve emotional balance, clarity of mind, and physical strength. Consistent weekly practice can result in significant physical and emotional well-being.

  • Wednesday @ 7:30 pm - Soul Yoga / Open level


  • Thursday @ 10:00 am - Yoga Vinyasa Flow / Open level


  • Thursday @ 7:00 pm - Pre/ Postnatal Yoga


  • Sunday @ 10:00 am - Yoga Flow and alignment / Open level
