Make sure to include your account number/ARCA address.

PRESIDENT'S CORNER
Hello Alamo Ranchers!
As we experience mother natures temperature tantrums keep an eye on road conditions as the roads can get slick.

I'm pleased to announce at the last board meeting the board voted and approved a one thousand dollar scholarship that any ARCA high school senior can apply for starting now through March 31st. There is a committee in place to review and pick a winner and we will announce the winner in April. Good luck to all applicants.

Residents will start to see some of the improvements the board has recently voted on for this spring. The new rock river beds were just a start to the investments that will save us money for many years. There will be new pool furniture to replace old, tattered chairs and tables. New seating for the newly relocated pergolas have been ordered as well. Those are just some of the items that may seem small but make a big difference to the appearance and appreciation of our community.
The HOA is partnering with Hoffmann PTA to collect school supplies that will benefit Hoffmann students and Hoffmann's title one sister school, Westwood Terrace elementary. Please drop off your supplies before February 14th.
Please reach out with any questions or comments.

Friendly Reminder
Please ensure you are picking up after your pets while walking the community and utilizing the Amenity Center. For your convenience, there are four pet stations at the Amenity Center; please utilize them. We are noticing too many people not cleaning up after their pets. Failing to clean up after your pets at the Amenity Center can result in the suspension of access privileges. Please be a good neighbor.
