Hello, fellow Alamo Ranchers
We got through all 600 days of January and February is now upon us. The board made some tough decisions in the meeting two weeks ago and got some great feedback from the the residents who came. The board approved the multi purpose court bid and is awaiting the landscapers to give a price on clearing the land. The board needed more information before approving an engineer for the Pavillion so that contract will be set back a couple weeks.
Our management company is making some internal changes. Our manager has been transferred to another HOA in the area and CCMC is working diligently to get the board interviewees to get a replacement. Please have patience as we transition. There will be an interim manager that is familiar with our account so there shouldn't be much disruption.
The senior scholarship applications are still open today until February 16th. We've had two wonderful donations from residents, along with the $1000 approved by the board to give a total of $4000 to be split into three awards. Please share the applications with your high school senior students. The committee is excited to read their answers! The application can be found here and in the newsletters for the next couple of months.
Please keep engaging with the board. When you see something, say something. The board is here for you.
As always, I'm available by email for any questions or comments.
