Historic Quilt Show

Don’t miss our Historic Quilt Show! Opening in conjunction with Florence’s 36^th Annual Historic Home Tour, this quilt show features quilts from the mid-1800s to the 1950s. Popular in the late 1800s, view a “crazy quilt” which is known for irregular fabric shapes, haphazard fabrics, and meticulous embroidery. See a butterfly friendship quilt circa 1931 and more!

The Historic Quilt Show opens on Home Tour day (February 12^th). Visit us at no charge on February 12^th at see quilting demonstrations by Florence Garden’s Material Girls from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. If you can’t make it on the 12^th, see this special display until February 26^th for general museum admission.

REMINDER! You can purchase Home Tour tickets at the museum for $15 per adult (cash or check please).

All members can purchase discounted tickets at the museum to the Box Canyon Balloons & Bluegrass Festival occurring February 4-6, 2022.

Book Club Meeting with Gary Nabhan is at 1:00pm. Donations are appreciated.

Gary Nabhan's Author Presentation & Book Signing is at 2:00 pm. This program is $5 per adult, members no charge. The cost to attend both Book Club & Author Presentation is $5 per adult, members no charge.

Historic Florence Walking Tours

There are only two Historic Florence Walking Tours remaining in the 2021-2022 season! Join us February 9 and or March 9^th at 10:00 am for guided tours of historic Florence! This tour begins at the iconic 1891 Second Pinal County Courthouse. Discover which movie star was married here and how Florence’s street grid differs from most other towns. Tours are limited to 12 participants; tickets are $20 per adult. RSVP now before these tours are sold out!
