We'll be celebrating our 125-year history all through 2020 with special programs, events and displays.

February marks the 70th anniversary of the first ever storytime at the Tenafly Library and we're going to celebrate on Tuesday, February 18 at 3 pm with stories, crafts, games and food. This program is suitable for both children and adults but adults must register for the adult craft.
Thanks to the Tenafly Library Friends, MoMA museum passes are available to Tenafly residents as early as February 1. You can reserve a pass up to 7 days in advance of your visit. Go to tenaflylibrary.org/museum-passes to reserve a pass for MoMA.

Join the Tenafly Library Friends to support your library and our continuing mission to promote lifelong learning, provide equal access to information and build a sense of community to the people of Tenafly.

Jean Lu
To Jean, painting is a way of discovering others and rediscovering herself and the world. She uses painting as a means of searching for the meaning of her life. Jean likes making portraits and using oil paints the most. The thickness of oil pigments represents to her the deepest meanings of emotions in human beings. Oil is so forgiving, another layer can always be put on, which, to Jean, is starting over again in life.
