More than 110 businesses applied to be part of the NSW Government’s first R&D Innovation Districts Challenge, which was designed to find research and development solutions, that reduce the impact of COVID-19, on the health and wellbeing of the people of NSW.
“Thirty-five finalists were evaluated by NSW Treasury and a panel of experts from NSW Health, the Office of the NSW Chief Scientist and Engineer, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and it’s great to see collaborations from innovation districts across the state share in the funding,” said The Hon. Stuart Ayres, NSW Minister for Jobs, Investment, Tourism and Western Sydney.
Pen CS is one of the winners of this challenge.
“Pen CS is delighted to be a winner of this Innovation Challenge which demonstrates our commitment, to continue to push boundaries, to find better ways to improve healthcare for all Australians," said Edweana Wenkart, Managing Director, Pen CS.
