Second Points for Pain game rescheduled to Feb. 11

Points for Pain, a fundraiser for the Pediatric Pain Warrior Program, held its first game on Jan. 24; the second has been rescheduled to Feb. 11 due to inclement weather.  Read more.
Pain Warrior of the Month:
Nancy Harris Bonk
Location: Buffalo, NY
Pain warrior role:  U.S. Pain advocate since 2014
Pain conditions: Migraine disease, intracranial hypertension, and fibromyalgia.
Favorite tips for living with chronic pain:  Living with migraine, a neurological brain disease, can be overwhelming and frustrating but, accepting our diagnosis is important and doing so enables us to become educated and empowered patients!
Fun fact:   I love to bake and quilt!

Since 2014, Nancy has been an active ambassador, especially during Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, where she did everything from run a booth to pass out information information at events like Miles for Migraine. Nancy is a member of the Coalition for Headache and Migraine Patients and is helping host its first Retreat Migraine this April.
