Are YOU A Grateful Family?
If you had a loved one under our care, you may have encountered a doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, chaplain, social worker, music or massage therapist, volunteer, or other who brought you an extra measure of comfort and reassurance in your time of need. Our  Grateful Family Program gives you the opportunity to acknowledge and recognize team members who may have gone the extra mile.
By making a gift in their honor, you will be making a tangible and meaningful impact on our ability to care for patients in our community's Hospice House offering families respite from caregiving, and clinical help when their loved one's symptoms are too serious to be managed at home.

The employee or volunteer you are honoring will be sent an acknowledgement letter, and presented with an "Honored Caregiver" pin by our CEO and their supervisor. The gift amount will be kept confidential. Please click here to make a gift or find more information, or simply call our Foundation at 912.629.1055. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
Read Norma's Story

Read the rest of her story here as featured on the  United Way of the Coastal Empire 's website. The United Way  provides some of the critical funding necessary to keep our  Edel Caregiver Institute 's services free and accessible to all.
