Dr. Kardaras is a licensed psychotherapist, author, consultant and lecturer in philosophy, mental health and all forms of addiction. He wrote about tech addiction in
Glow Kids: How Screen Addiction Is Hijacking Our Kids– and How to Break the Trance
(St. Martins Press, 2016). He is also co-founder and chief financial officer of Omega Recovery Services, a counseling and wellness outpatient center in downtown Austin that treats addiction, mental health disorders, trauma and underlying issues.
