A New Journey Begins
T he vision and mission of Samyama begins its next phase of evolution. 2019 brings fresh, cutting-edge and progressive changes to our uniquely modern approach to yoga. While already a center dedicated to healing, Samyama will now venture more deeply into the science of the mind, specifically the universe of
consciousness expansion.

Coming this year we proudly present, SamyamaMind , a fresh curriculum of programs, lectures and classes exploring new realms and methods of self-discovery, awareness and attunement. Tune in, turn on and drop in to be a part of something unique and yet
unexplored in a modern yoga center.

John Berg returns this spring for the first class offering of his new vision for Samyama. Prepare for challenging and uncharted territory.

The mind is a terrible thing to waste, the mind is a beautiful thing in space.
