Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) uses a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that provides a common installation map and is used as a decision support tool for management. The installed system is an important tool providing information to support a myriad of projects across the installation. The objective of this statement of work is to provide the specifications required to support all facets of the GIS and to set forth the maintenance requirements to ensure continued operation of the system.

The Contractor shall provide support services to the U.S. Burden of Health Disparities Working Group, consisting of representatives from the NIMHD DIR, NHLBI Center for Translation Research and Implementation Science, NIA Division of Behavioral and Social Research, NIH Office of Behavioral and Social Science Research, and NIH Office of Disease Prevention, in an effort to produce scientific knowledge and publications, build scientific capacity, and disseminate data resources and tools for minority and health disparities research.

In pursuit of this the IRS requires consumer technological demographic data as well as industry trend information to help IRS better understand taxpayers' attitudes toward technology and solutions and technologies being utilized to deliver services to taxpayers/consumers.

NASA and geographic information service provider Esri will grant wider access to the space agency’s geospatial content for research and exploration purposes through the Space Act Agreement. 

This contract vehicle also allows state and local government entities to purchase professional services from Resultant, like custom application development and data and analytics, on Google Cloud.
