The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Industrial Security (IS) is seeking a non-personal service contract to provide technical support and future development of the Safeguard (SFG), which enhances the Defense Industrial Base Common Operational Picture of Risk (COP-R).

The BOEM, Division of Environmental Sciences (DES), needs to maintain access to and obtain updated Impact Analysis and Planning (IMPLAN) data that BOEM uses for the development and/or updating of its in-house regional economic impact model(s), as well as to have IMPLAN data available for other miscellaneous economic analysis assignments. IMPLAN is the data-software system used by all DOI bureaus for the Secretary's annual economic report and for BOEM's annual economic contributions report.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Office of Aviation Safety and Office of Research and Engineering require rapid and detailed access to aircraft surveillance data (radar, automatic dependent surveillance, multilateration) in support of accident and incident investigations as well as review of incoming Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) anti-collision system notifications from aircraft operators.

Development Seed will continue to use its subject matter expertise to develop a new novel data format to improve the accessibility of Earth observation data in the cloud.  This development will prototype open-source software that enables efficient analysis and visualization of legacy data formats from NASA’s Earth science data archive.  Development Seed will incorporate software upgrades and use their existing system knowledge and expertise to overcome challenges related to handling massive, multi-dimension data.

The objective of this contract is for DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center’s (DEVCOM-CBC) to procure an integrated, web-based platform designed to support all levels of scientific, technical and scholarly research by providing single search access to the content listed below at the end-users desktop: Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) (1900- Current Year), Conference Proceedings Index (CPCI) (1990-Current Year), Journal and Highly Cited Data (JCR + ESI).

This service provides data (names, grades taught, school addresses, email, mailing address and location for over 44,000 music educators in the country, spanning elementary, middle and high school teachers. The Marine Band uses this data to send direct email and mail regarding recruitment and educational initiatives marketing the Marine Band and its mission.
