Through leveraging the availability of commercial platforms for Data-as-a-Service solutions, the primary objective is to allow scalability through the utilization of enterprise data storage and data management solutions capable of operating in secure environments and providing data products and advanced analytics to the space community.

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) intends to purchase access to a comprehensive information source that maintains and updates domestic and select foreign banking, insurance, and financial institution data to support GAO’s congressionally mandated and requested studies. Specifically, the resource GAO intends to purchase will provide Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income, also known as Call Reports, for every national bank, state member bank, insured state nonmember bank, and savings association.

The purpose of this RFI is to assist the Government in conducting market research focused on identifying industry partners who can furnish and provide commercial cyber threat intelligence (CTI) data for aggregation and integration into a CISA sponsored Cyber Threat Intelligence Exchange Platform.

Part of the information essential to waterway system evaluations includes the specifications of vessels including vessel type, physical dimensions, capacities, and other characteristics, including (but not necessarily limited to) age, powering and immersion.  The WCSC employs this data and information to help verify the identity of vessels with linkage of vessel and trade tonnage movements to develop a more complete profile of trade statistics used for decision-making and evaluations of waterway system projects.
