RACE VENUE OPENS AT 4PM
RACE DAY PARKING
Road closures begin at 6:15pm. Therefore arrive with plenty of time and there is lots to do at the event site. The Event opens to the public at 4pm. Parking is free and available at the following buildings in the office park:

PACKET PICKUP & RACE DAY REGISTRATION
If you haven't picked up your packet at the FootWorks running store in South Miami, then you can pick it up at the Race Site. Packet pickup and Race Day Registration starts at 4pm from the TeamFootWorks Registration Tent at the Race Site located at 800 Waterford Way. If you're on a team, then check with your Team Captain for your packet. 

Tell your friends, family, and co-workers to join you. The Race Day entry fee is $40. They can save time by registering in advance here.

RACE NUMBERS
Your bib number should be pinned to THE FRONT of your shirt or shorts. The timing chip is attached to the back of your number. Do not remove, tamper, fold, bend, or in any way deface it. Doing so may cause your chip to malfunction and you won't be timed.

FINSHER MEDALS
ALL RACE PARTICIPANTS will receive a commemorative full color race medals. Finishers of the 5K will each receive an embossed, full color enamel, die-struck medal and matching custom ribbon.

AWARDS
The TOP THREE FINISHERS in every age group will receive a large, custom medal that will be the envy of everyone. The weighted die-struck enamel medal will be highlighted by a beautiful matching ribbon.

OVERALL PRIZES
Overall Winners will win beautiful Glass Awards.

DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS
Vehicle Drop off for the team/vendor tents starts at 1:30pm and ends
at 3:45pm. Vehicles entering the tent venue will be LIMITED TO DROP AND GO ONLY along marked areas. Temporary vehicle parking in the 800 Waterford garage (lower level) is highly recommended and available. Items can easily be moved to the tent venue site via the walkway. Guests may Drop Off by foot any time after 1:00pm. Please DO NOT walk on landscaped areas. We want to keep the area beautiful!  Vehicles WILL NOT be able to enter the venue tent area during breakdown when the event ends. Vehicles must park in the garage and reach the tent area via the walkway only.


TRASH RECEPTACLES
Please help keep our building and grounds beautiful by disposing of
trash in designated containers only.

FARMER'S FRESH FOOD MARKET
An assortment of fresh food vendors will be on site for purchase, featuring:

EVENT BENEFICIARY


Proceeds from the Waterford 5K will go to Holtz Children's Hospital. Holtz Children's Hospital is one of the largest children's hospitals in the southeast United States. Located at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center, they are known worldwide for their team of pediatric specialists experienced in treating children with all types of needs - from routine care to life-saving procedures.
