California Public Utilities Commission Broadband List Subscribers,
This announcement provides information on the timeline for eligible entities to apply to Round 2 of the last mile Federal Funding Account.
The two-week period to submit applications begins on Tuesday, April 15 and ends Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Applications will only be accepted through the Broadband Grant Portal.
The CPUC’s goal is to award projects in every county in the state from the Federal Funding Account. Round 2 is an expedited second grant solicitation focused specifically on the six counties which did not receive Round 1 awards: Calaveras, Contra Costa, Inyo, Monterey, Orange, and Trinity.
