Federal appeals court hears
Missouri abortion law case
The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments yesterday on portions of HB 126, the “Missouri Stands for the Unborn Act” of 2019.

Yesterday’s arguments focused on the need for protection of babies in utero diagnosed as having Down syndrome, that they not be selected for abortion simply because they have Down syndrome.

Please pray for the Judges as they discuss this life-saving law. Their decision should be released sometime this fall. Killing these babies, simply because of a diagnosis of Down syndrome is discriminatory.

These babies are precious. Every unborn child deserves protection under the law.
