All Realtors® are on the same 3-year cycle with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The current cycle is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. Ethics is a requirement of NAR for Realtors® and Appraisers.

It is not a requirement of the Division of Real Estate and is separate from your license cycle as a Broker - although you can apply credits from your Ethics classes to your education requirement as a Broker.

Payment is due by Sunday, December 31st.
