Michael Solomonov, executive chef and co-owner of Zahav, a 2019 James Beard Foundation award winning restaurant, will make a Rosh HaShanah feast including Kale, Apple, Walnut and Sumac-Onion Tabbouleh, Honey-glazed Chicken, and Apple Cake. Moderated by James Beard award-nominated food journalist Gabriella Gershenson.
