Calgary Jewish Federation sends best wishes to all students on their return to learning this fall. Some will be learning online, while others have rejoined their classmates and friends face-to-face after a long summer of physical distancing and sporadic social engagements. As such, all students will embark on a new adventure and new ways of learning together – and apart. We would like to share special recognition of our community's two Jewish day schools: Halpern Akiva Academy and The Calgary Jewish Academy, for the care and planning they have put into the education and well-being of their students. Wishing all families a successful and safe return to school, and a Shana Tova U'Metuka – Happy and Sweet New Year!
This Rosh HaShanah may be different from any that we've ever had, but you can still wish your family and friends a sweet and healthy new year! Holiday Tribute Cards are a meaningful way to wish your family and friends Shana Tova while supporting Jewish Calgary. Be sure to check out our new online system to send e-cards, or we can print and mail them for you.
