Join us on Wednesday, April 23 to remember and honour the Jewish community for our Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day event. The evening will begin with a commemorative service at the Paperny Family JCC at 6:30pm, followed by a commemorative program at Beth Tzedec Congregation at 7:30pm. If you receive the Alberta Jewish News, please remember to bring your Yom HaShoah card in remembrance of the children who perished in the Holocaust. Let us come together to reflect, remember, and pay tribute.

Together we can make a difference on Good Deeds Day! Join us on Sunday, April 27 at the Paperny Family JCC from 1:00 to 3:00pm in support of Basically Babies. Drop-off your donations at the JCC from April 16 to 27, or volunteer to sort items and make heartfelt cards at the JCC on April 27. Find out more about the items that are most needed and/or register to volunteer. Every act of kindness counts!

PJ Library®  hosted a wonderful Passover Simcha Series celebration in a welcoming and neurodiversity-affirming environment, led by Special Educator Andrea Scharfstein. Participants had the opportunity to engage in play-based, holiday-themed learning that sparked creativity and exploration. The thoughtfully designed spaces featured hands-on activities, including a fun "Build a Pyramid" station, allowing children to immerse themselves in the traditions of Passover.

Happy early Pesach!
