We’re looking for host families to welcome our ShinShinim to Calgary in August. As a ShinShinim host family, you’ll provide a spare bedroom, meals, and a warm, inclusive home. We are excited to share that Shirel Barlev has joined the Calgary Jewish Federation team as the new PJ Library® and Family Engagement Coordinator. Shirel will be supporting Shalom Baby, Tot Shabbat, Shalom YYC, PJ Our Way, and PJ Library® . Not just new to Calgary Jewish Federation, Shirel is new to the city, as she recently moved to Calgary from Israel with her husband and three children. She brings so much warmth, enthusiasm, and passion for community building to this role, and we cannot wait to see the PJ Library program continue to grow and thrive with her at the helm!
