An anniversary is always worth celebrating, particularly when it touches many lives. Please join the Voices Jewish Senior's Choir for their 10th anniversary party this Sunday at 6:30 at the JCC. Guest artists will perform, as of course will the choir. Kol Hakavod to choir members past and present, and to Founder and Musical Director Karina Szulc .
Want to make your voice heard? Federation's advocacy partner, The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) is holding a grassroots consultation to find out what your priorities are. Pre-register for this January 16 event at the CIJA website or by phone to Judy Shapiro at 403-444-3153.
February is Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month ! Our whole community will be taking part, working together to become more inclusive. Watch for events at all community institutions. Federation invites you to hear our outstanding keynote speaker Dr. Stephen Shore , sharing his personal experience with " Life On and Slightly to the Right of the Autism Spectrum ." February 21st, 6:30pm, Temple B'nai Tikvah.
