The US Department of the Treasury issued a round of revised guidance, in part responding to a multitude of questions coming from governments across the country. Conduit Street has your coverage of this still-evolving process – with new information on the use of funds to retroactively reimburse recent prior spending, the appropriate calculations for “revenue losses,” and the means to submit further on-the-record inquiries to the Treasury.
