Dear Families,

We'd like to share this important message & survey from Paul S. Aronsohn- Ombudsman for Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities and Their Families . Please take a moment to share your experience if you, your family, or someone you care for is impacted by Fee-for-Service.
The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities (NJCDD) is conducting a brief survey to gauge people’s satisfaction with NJ’s system of care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

It is a very brief, albeit very important survey that is focused on the transition to a “fee-for-service” system within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

  • Importantly, even if you are new to the system, NJCDD wants to know your thoughts.
  • Importantly, your participation would be anonymous.

If you are willing to share your thoughts, here is the link to the survey – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NewJerseyFFS

If you have any questions, please let me know Paul.Aronsohn@treas.nj.gov or contact the NJCDD directly at Kyoko.coco@njcdd.org

Please feel free to share this email / survey link with others who are in the DDD system.
