The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities
(NJCDD) is conducting a brief survey to gauge people’s satisfaction with NJ’s system of care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
It is a very brief, albeit very important survey that is focused on the transition to a “fee-for-service” system
within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
- Importantly, even if you are new to the system, NJCDD wants to know your thoughts.
- Importantly, your participation would be anonymous.
Please feel free to share this email / survey link with others who are in the DDD system.
