HOA fee increases depends upon the community . . .
The Sunrise Presidio Village HOA relies upon volunteers to maintain the neighborhood and enforce the CC&R’s. The board of directors currently has two open positions that we are struggling to fill. A few board members are pulling double duty in these vacant positions to keep the community working for you.

Our most urgent need is the treasurer position. Without community participation to fill this important post, the board faces the possibility of hiring an outside source. To afford this expense, there would need to be an assessment increase on all property owners. Your participation on the board can help keep HOA fees at a minimum. The time commitment varies, but is typically about 1 hour per week with quarterly board meetings held virtually. The reward is being part of the decision process and making your neighborhood an enjoyable place to live!
