Open House at Welcome Center

The City is launching a new Community Resource Center thanks to a generous two-year lease donated by Cummings Properties. This hub will provide residents with access to essential services, digital workstations, meeting spaces, and collaboration opportunities with local organizations. Join us for an Open House where you can tour the space, meet the team, and learn more about the services offered.

MIT-born Cleantech Startup Moves to Woburn

The Boston Real Estate Times writes that Daqus Energy has set up shop at 3 Gill Street, within Woburn's climate tech cluster. The 3,900-square-foot facility is Daqus’ first dedicated space and will house its administrative and research and development functions. Daqus Energy aims to accelerate the global shift toward clean, renewable energy with the introduction of a more efficient lithium-ion battery.

Woburn company gets funding to power AI data centers

According to the Boston Business Journal, Woburn company, Veir, has invented a system to quickly and seamlessly provide power to data centers. Veir uses tapes made of a unique,superconducting material to carry electricity. The solution delivers up to ten times the power of traditional cables while operating at the same voltage.

Woburn Company to Accelerate its Commercial Engine 

Business Wire reports that Woburn based company, Ossio, announced it recently closed on $27.6 million in equity funding to rapidly scale all aspects of its commercial efforts, including a new product pipeline, sales channel and medical education. Ossio is a fast-growing medical device company focused on evolving orthopedic surgery with bio-integrative fixation technology.
