As we reopen our doors, we invite you to reignite your imagination and fall in love with theatre all over again.

We begin our Signature Series with Samuel Beckett’s surreal and darkly comic masterpiece HAPPY DAYS, starring Flint Rep favorite Janet Haley.
For December, we reinvent the longest-running musical in history, THE FANTASTICKS. Flint Rep reimagines this landmark musical as a love story between two young men in a new collaboration with writer Tom Jones. This funny and beautiful parable about love and growing up is sure to be the perfect treat for the holidays.
In the New Year, we dive into the theatrically daring currents of WRONG RIVER by Josh Wilder, a world premiere play about an African-American family living in Flint during the water crisis.
Spring brings one of the greatest American plays of all time, Arthur Miller’s DEATH OF A SALESMAN, starring one of Broadway’s most accomplished and exciting actors, two-time Tony Award nominee Lewis J. Stadlen as Willy Loman.
Our annual NEW WORKS FESTIVAL brings cutting-edge playwrights and composers from all over the country to Flint for a week of staged readings of thrilling new plays and musicals.
We end our Signature Series with the dazzling world premiere musical THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN. This exciting new piece explores the inner lives of the 1996 U.S. Women’s Gymnastics Team as they capture the nation’s imagination while competing for Olympic Gold.
This season, we ask you to reimagine what theatre can be as we renew our commitment to create work that sparks joy, provokes thought, challenges, and entertains in new and exciting ways. Welcome back to the theatre!
