ADAM BAKER
SCOPE Board of Directors

Long time SCOPE supporter and four-time SCOPE NY Benefit Chair, Adam Baker is the newest addition to our SCOPE Board of Directors. As someone who has spent his entire life attending and working at summer camps, Adam understands the profound impact of camp environments that value
integrity, compassion, and tradition.

Adam is the Director of Camps Equinunk & Blue Ridge in Pennsylvania and is deeply committed to bettering the lives of children through their camp experiences at his camp and within all camps. In his spare time, Adam makes additional efforts to unite the camp community by serving as board president of the Wayne County Camp Alliance.
EASTERSEALS TIMBER POINTE OUTDOOR CENTER, ILLINOIS
SCOPE Midwest

Easterseals Central Illinois provides exceptional services to ensure that children with developmental delays, disabilities and other special needs can reach their full potential. Offering traditional camp activities such as swimming, fishing, boating, arts & crafts, target sports, and horseback riding, Easterseals delivers an outdoor experience for children whose health issues often make these activities seem impossible.
JT RICHMAN
SCOPE Youth Project

After four summers of creating incredible memories and close friendships at Camp Weequahic, JT decided that it was time to take action to make the camp experience accessible to as many kids as possible.

JT came up with the idea for a "Can" Teen Mitzvah project supporting SCOPE, collecting cans and bottles to turn in for money and supplementing these funds through other community events such as soccer tournaments and car washes.

As he writes on his website, "I can't think of a better Mitzvah than to give camp to someone who otherwise would not have the opportunity." We're so grateful for JT's creativity and support!
