Trusted Senior Placement put me at ease instantly. Having dealt with other people and not feeling comfortable, I was amazed at how quickly Teresa calmed me down and explained in her gently voice that I was not alone, not were my feeling abnormal. Thank you!

How are we different?
What makes us different from our competitors is that we do not give you a list of facilities to cold call. We research, interview, tour, negotiate cost, and select the best available options for your particular needs.

Greetings!
Many of you are wondering if care is available in homes and communities. You may doubt that people can even tour. Fortunately, the ranks have risen to meet the care needs of our most vulnerable citizens – our Seniors. Residential care is undoubtedly needed and admissions are happening. From virtual tours, to pictures, to live Facebook tours where you meet other residents and discover in real time, even what is for dinner! How are seniors kept safe? In a variety of ways, too long to list. Families are only visiting electronically, on ipads computers and phones. Employees are screened for signs of illness, required to wash their hands, disinfect and wear facial masks. Families are being questioned about their exposure and residents are quarantined for two weeks after admission. In many care homes, caregivers are sheltering in place at the care home and not going home to their families. Many are making personal sacrifices to serve the needs of the most fragile seniors.
Some adult children are working from home, or have been furloughed. With the risks associated with Covid19, they have chosen to care for their own parent at home. Transitions are expected to increase greatly when adult children go back to work, or become (frankly) overwhelmed with the care needs of their parents. There is a very large number of “sandwich” generation folks who are caring for a parent while caring for their own children. Let’s add required distance learning for all students, no matter the age, and we have a recipe for a lot of overwhelmed adult children/parents of children.
Whether your loved one has an immediate need for senior care, a growing need, or a delayed need, the care they require is available, or will be when you are ready. I am here for you through this challenging moment in history. If you need someone to talk with, about what you are facing, or need resources to help you through this difficult time, I am on duty! ‘Ask for what you need, give what you can’
When extreme social distancing became widespread in the United States earlier this month, and friends began to hunker down with their loved ones, I panicked.

Geriatricians’ advice on what older adults need to do in coronavirus pandemic
She knew it wasn’t a good idea and her daughter would disapprove. Nonetheless, Barbara Figge Fox, 79, recently went to four stores in Princeton, N.J., to shop for canned goods, paper towels, fresh fruit, yogurt and other items.

This student created a network of 'shopping angels' to help the elderly get groceries during the coronavirus pandemic
Amid the desperate crowds and sparse shelves at supermarkets across the country, there is grace in the aisles. Jayde Powell is a "shopping angel," and she and her growing army of volunteers are providing free grocery delivery to the sick and elderly.
