2024-2025 COVID-19 Vaccine Information: It is strongly recommended that everyone in the UCSF community receive an updated COVID-19 vaccine. If you come to UCSF for primary care, you can ask for the vaccine during your next visit. Vaccines are also available through your local pharmacy, health care provider or community vaccine site. Faculty, staff and learners will need to submit proof of vaccination or a declination form via the OHS Portal or Digital Screener. Upcoming Wage Increases: Employees in the SX, PX and BR bargaining units will receive wage increases in October. Increases have already become effective for employees paid on a monthly basis and will take effect on Sunday, October 13 for biweekly-paid employees. Get additional details »

UCSF Housing Opportunity: The Academe at 198, located at 198 McAllister Street in San Francisco, is now accepting applications for staff housing. Managed by UCSF Housing and in collaboration with UC College of the Law San Francisco, the Academe at 198 is located next to a free UCSF shuttle stop, public transportation and vibrant neighborhoods. Applicants for studio apartments who sign a 12-month agreement and move in before Thursday, October 31 are eligible for one month’s free rent. Learn more »
