Hello, Fellowship Family!
I feel like I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but the energy and buzz around the church is almost palpable! THANK YOU to everyone who is coming in-and-out to make this church hum like a well-oiled machine. And, of course, to Martha and Blake for all they do to help steer the ship!
This Sunday, we will celebrate as we welcome Jesus to Jerusalem with palms, "re:joicing" as we do. Last year, we didn't celebrate in-person together due to the pandemic, so know that we will DEFINITELY be having a palm parade during worship! No need to sign up and no practice is necessary - I'll give everyone more details during the worship announcements...but make sure your waving arms are properly warmed up and stretched out!
We then shift from re:joicing to re:flection in Holy Week with services on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and then celebrations of the re:surrection on Easter Sunday. Please note the worship times - I hope you plan to join us for at least one of those services.
Other exciting things are going on, so please make sure to check the announcements below. The Mission Committee will gather after worship to pack Easter Baskets for refugee families, Adult Sunday School will be taking place concurrently, and then there's collecting the One Great Hour of Sharing this Sunday morning as well. Fellowship Presbyterian Church is alive and well!
Until Sunday,
Pastor Kathryn
p.s. If you received an email about "security settings" regarding Realm, it wasn't a spam or phishing attempt - Mary Howe has been working hard this week to make sure that our online directory is accurate and up-to-date. Thanks to her work, as well as the work of Barbara Walters, for bringing our church directory into the next phase! (But not to worry - if you still desire a paper copy, please let Martha know; she can print one out for you.)

Wondering what to do with all of those grocery shopping bags? The Missions committee will be collecting “gently used” plastic grocery bags for Backpack Beginnings. Please bring any you don’t use to church with you, leaving them on the Missions table in the Dogwood Lobby closest to the double doors leading towards the classrooms.
