The Fall season has most definitely made its presence known in Greensboro! As I write this, raindrops fall and that four-letter precipitation has even made its way into the mountain region to our west - maybe we've just skipped Fall and headed straight into Winter!

Last Sunday, we focused our October 31 worship not on Halloween, but on Reformation Sunday - a way for us to reflect on and celebrate those who have thought (and fought!) for their faith that shapes what we believe today.

This Sunday, we will continue to think about those who have come before as we turn our sights to All Saints' Sunday - a worship service where we will name those from our Fellowship Family who have died in the previous twelve months. If you would like to honor those in your family have died, I invite you bring a framed picture to set on a table to be used for reflection during worship.
This Sunday, we will focus our attention on Stewardship as well. During the next three Sundays, we will look at where God is calling us as a Fellowship Family in the next year and beyond.

After worship, you are invited to join Pastor Kathryn and the Stewardship and Finance Committee in a Cottage Meeting focused on the 2022 mission, vision, and budget of this congregation.

Did you know that the church's Facebook page is focusing its attention on Stewardship this month as well? "Faith-Filled Friday" is one of those many posts that do that - thanks, Lee, for your responses to those questions. If you would like to participate in answering the same questions for a future post, I encourage you to do so and email your responses to me.
As always, I hope to see you Sunday, whether in-person or virtually - noting that you can now join us virtually via YouTube as well!

Blessings,
Pastor Kathryn

October's Tumbler Winner!
Congratulations to Steve Brandt, the winner of the Outreach Committee's October Tumbler giveaway!

While the Committee will no longer be holding drawings for tumblers, it is the Committee's hope that you have now become accustomed to filling out the online Friendship Pad - and ask that you continue to do so. Thanks for your diligence in doing this!
