I hope you can also join us in worship as we gather together again this Sunday. We will play and sing together in our annual Lessons & Carols service as we continue our Advent journey toward the coming birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, into the world. For me, the Advent season isn't complete without this Advent tradition. Our vocal and bell ensembles have been working diligently to prepare. In case you're unaware, preparations usually begin in the late summer, with rehearsals including some of this music when the chancel choir returns after the Labor Day holiday in September. It is a labor of love, and also demonstrates the incredible talent and devotion of the music department at Fellowship. Filled with Scripture and music, including special music we have prepared just for the occasion! Richard will join us in worship, sharing his gifts and talents with our church family as well! We are delighted to share this wonderful tradition with our church family once again this year.
I hope and pray each of you finds peace and time for rest in this busy holiday season...but if your "busy" includes the concert tomorrow night and worship on Sunday, I'm confident this is one of the places you can find just that.
See you in worship!
In Christ’s Service,
Blake
