ASNR Fellowship Curriculum Updated
ASNR's Fellowship Curriculum has been updated to include the latest resources plus content from the ASNR21 Annual Meeting. Curated specifically for fellows, content covers advanced imaging, brain, head and neck, interventional neuroendovascular, noninterpretive/finance, pediatric and spine.
ASNR Week Is February 7-11
Help us spread the word: This year's ASNR Week is February 7-11 and will feature new information and activities each day geared specifically for ASNR early careerist and young professional members.

No registration is required for most activities; information will be shared via social media and delivered to members' inboxes ensuring they can participate whenever it's convenient. 
Foundation of the ASNR Grant Applications Now Being Accepted
The Foundation of the ASNR is pleased to announce that grant applications are now being accepted for the new Foundation of the ASNR Grant Program. This new, streamlined grant system replaces the previous program where applicants applied for grants in specific, predetermined categories. It is anticipated that several grants, in the amount of up to $60,000 each, will be funded in the coming year. Additionally, the Foundation is accepting applications for the Boerger Research Fund for Alzheimer’s Disease and Neurocognitive Disorders Grant, which is not part of the new grant program. Applications for both grants are due Monday, February 21. Get all the details and apply online at the links above.

ASNR Still Accepting Fellow Lists
Thank you to those fellowship departments that forwarded ASNR their lists. If you haven’t already, there is still time to submit a list of your fellows. Complimentary membership is available through December 31 of the fellow’s graduation year. 

Membership to the American Society of Neuroradiology is available to all neuroradiology fellows at no charge. Please send the fellow's full name, fellowship start/end date and email address to [email protected]. Staff will reach out to assist them in setting up their complimentary ASNR membership. 
Free Society Memberships for Neuroradiology Fellows
Membership to our six regional and specialty societies is also available to fellows at no charge. We encourage you to share this information with any interested fellows. Regional and specialty societies include ASSR, ASHNR, ASFNR, ENRS, SENRS, and WNRS.
A Special Note from ASSR -- Past, Present, Future: ASSR 2022
On behalf of the ASSR Executive and Program Committees, we would like to invite you to a new innovation at the 2022 ASSR meeting in Austin, TX, February 24-27, 2022. 

We are planning to have our highly lauded Spine Intervention Hands-on Workshop. This is for trainees and those within 5 years of Training (YPS). This limited attendance event (separate registration) will have hands on training on new methods and critical skills for fellows in neuroradiology, interventional radiology, musculoskeletal radiology, pain management and neurosurgery, as well as for interested resident trainees. Industry sponsors have generously provided equipment for realistic high yield training. Outstanding faculty will present both didactic training and hands-on instruction for a variety of spine interventions. Virtual reality for radiation safety training and 3-D printing will round out the experience. This event will be held on February 23, 2022.  
  
In addition, we have planned a superb ASSR program (February 24-27, 2022) presented by national and international ASSR faculty representing various specialties representing neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, interventional radiology, neurosurgery and pain management. This will be a superb meeting for your fellows and residents to attend and will complement their diagnostic and interventional spine education.
  
We look forward to seeing you at this 2022 ASSR Annual Symposium. Please register soon for the ASSR 2022 Spine Intervention Hands-on Workshop as it is likely to fill completely. This will be a unique opportunity to acquire additional spine procedural mastery.
