Step Eleven Workshop

"Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him praying only for knowledge of his will for us and the power to carry that out."

"Meditation is or the first step out into the sun, "the essay on Step Eleven in the "Twelve and Twelve" says, "One of the firsts fruits is emotional balance." Even those who have been sober for years can struggle with prayer and meditation.
How do we do this & just what do we do?
