ESTCP FY 2024 Solicitation
The DoD Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) released a solicitation on January 6, 2023, requesting proposals for demonstrations of environmental and installation energy technologies. Funding is available through a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), DoD Call for Proposals, and Call for Proposals for Federal Organizations Outside DoD. Among the areas of interest are system integrations and innovative ESCO/UESC projects that make use of proven technologies previously tested by ESTCP including Fend’s data diodes (Project EW19-5156).
