"
A wedding that incorporates feng shui principals generally has a higher vibration, a lighter feeling, better interactions between guests, and a clearer lasting intention/vision than weddings preformed without the additional touch of feng shui.

Picking a Date
Date Selection is part of the feng shui astrology system and focuses, as the name suggests, on time and putting thought into choosing dates for a specific purpose. It’s amazing isn’t it that, when we’re planning some of the biggest occasions in our lives such as getting married, starting a business or relocating, that we don’t plan the most important thing that can contribute to its success?
On these days we want everything to go right, everything to flow and you may put that part of the plan down to good preparation and luck. But you don’t have to just keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best. Even travelling can go a lot more smoothly if we choose the dates energetically beforehand and are aware of your lucky and unlucky directions.
Last, if you’re tied to a specific date but it’s not going to be great for you energetically, forewarned is forearmed and you can put measures in place to support you.

Location, Location, Location
The Feng Shui Bagua Map gives you another opportunity to bring meaningful Feng Shui to your wedding. Apply the Bagua to your reception room or hall, keeping in mind that on your wedding day the Marriage & Relationship sector takes precedence.
Located in the back right-hand corner of the room, the Marriage area represents the love and devotion you share. Pairs of things symbolize this area best, and should be easy to find for your wedding day!
Place two objects here that symbolize your love: a pair of candles or a photo arrangement of the two of you together, for instance. Does your wedding cake have a pair of flowers or two tiny newlyweds on top? The Marriage area is the perfect place to show them off.
Happy relationships, long lives, good health and vitality should be embedded in everything you choose for this most special of days.

Special Touches
Infuse the ceremony/reception space with loving & happy intentions for the new couple with symbolic items
(some of these could be hidden).
- Releasing doves or butterflies are symbols of peace, harmony and eternal love ~ near the wedding couple is fabulous.
- Sculptures on your wedding cake, jeweled butterflies on your veil, and crystals are all beautiful. Avoid crystals that are too pointy.
- Crystal dinnerware and chandeliers are cures for Luck, because they reflect light.
- Try adding crystals on your dress, veil or shoes. Crystal beading also looks exotic as do dainty tea-lights on tables! Rose quartz is good for love, or use the best stone based on the bride’s date of birth.
- Round or square cakes instill a marriage with a surge of energy and excitement whereas rectangular cakes start a marriage in a quite more romantic mood.
- Fill up the space with living plants, and fresh flowers. This will encourage good energy flow and give you a sense of balance and calmness. Some of the Best flowers for marriage are: Roses, Lotus & Orchids.
- Put a Money tree and Bamboo in the Southeast for good luck and prosperity.
