Spotlight Feng Shui School Interview
About Wind & Water Center, formerly the Wind and Water School of Feng Shui,  from directors, Carole Hyder and Lisa Janusz…

Q: Please describe your very first coming into awareness about Feng Shui.

A: Carole: I heard someone speak about Feng Shui at a conference. At that moment, I realized that I had intuitively been doing Feng Shui since I was a little girl. I just didn’t have the context or structure for why. The speaker turned me on to His Holiness Professor Thomas Lin Yun.

Lisa: It was the same for me! I was working with someone who was going to hear someone speak about it at a bookstore. She thought I would be interested – and of course she was right. I was captivated. I immediately bought one book, then another, then another – I did a lot of reading initially.

Final Thoughts: Gratitude is the Key to Good Feng Shui
Simple ways to show gratitude that can make a profound difference in your life...from Belinda Mendoza, Design for Energy

-- Be thankful for all you have now, no matter how small or little it might seem
-- Keep a gratitude jar. Put pieces of paper in it. Once a day for 30 days, write down what you are grateful for and put it in the jar. In 30 days, you will notice your life change dramatically for the better.
-- Give someone a compliment at least once a day. It makes the other person feel appreciated and grateful. This is an energy that comes back to you.

Some families begin meals with some form of grace or expressing gratitude in some way. Whether it’s for the food you have or the people around you, gratitude makes the happiest of times even more enjoyable. There’s also an opportunity to remember those who have passed by saying a small blessing in their honor. Gratitude, appreciation, and thankfulness – these all come together to express love.

Gratitude attracts opportunities.
