Loving Where You Are, Even if You Want to Move
So many people are dissatisfied with their current living space and are “waiting for the day” for that next, better place. But somehow, that move gets pushed back months, then years.
I wrote a blog about my personal experience with this. It happened in my early Feng Shui days. In short, when I first moved to Los Angeles, I landed smack in the middle of the city, and the energy was harsh for this nature-lover. I knew I had to find a place near the beach if I was to “survive” city living. Yet nothing was showing up! It wasn’t until my roommate and I went to work painting and spiffing up our little Miracle Mile apartment, that not one week later, a friend wrote asking if I was interested in a house in Venice, just a 5-minute bike ride from the beach.
Moral of the story: Be present. Put a little energy into where you are NOW. In fact, accept where you are now!
This is the Law of Attraction at its best.

Does Feng Shui Really Work? Yes but Probably Not the Way You Think
After doing many interviews over the years on feng shui, I noticed that most interviewers wanted to hear the “magic pill” stories of feng shui. Stories where people met the person of their dreams the next day, won the lottery, or got a big job promotion. I do have those stories. But, instead, I will tell you how manifesting with feng shui really works. And it’s probably not what you think.
According to Chinese metaphysics, one’s destiny is made up of three components: Heaven Luck, Earth Luck, and Human Luck. This is called the Cosmic Trinity. When these three Lucks are in alignment, that’s when magic happens. But there’s another component to this theory that has yet been discussed.
It is the Law of Attraction.
The Law of Attraction is at the root of each of these Lucks and always at play. Let’s take a look at how to maximize each one to manifest your desires.

Beyond Competition – The Law of Attraction by Mary Shurtleff

Final Thoughts - How to Use Feng Shui and the Law of Attraction to Improve Your Life Now

The Law of Attraction involves three basic processes: Ask, Believe and Receive.
You focus on what you want so that you can attract it into your life. This doesn’t mean that you wait passively for things to happen. Coupled with faith,
you also have to take inspired action toward realizing your goals.
For manifestation to occur, Marie Diamond says you need to unify the message you are sending to the Universe: “You can attract happiness and wealth with your spirit and mind but if your home is not telling the universe the same, the universe cannot deliver." This is where feng shui comes in. Use it to enhance and harness the energy in your surroundings, thus creating harmony between you and your environment.
1. Ask and de-clutter. Ask for what you want to have more of in the different areas of your life: health, success, relationships and growth. Be specific with your goals and dare to ask for what you really want.
2. Believe in your goals and surround yourself with empowering images. The Law of Attraction can only work if you believe it will. Your faith has the power to attract people who will support you and opportunities that will allow you to achieve your goals.
3. Receive your blessings and know your favorable directions. Be open and expect to receive blessings every day. Be on the lookout for the good things that happen to you, the people you meet or the gifts you receive.
4. Be grateful. One of the powers you can activate anytime and anywhere is the power of gratitude.
