Fentanyl is a major contributor to fatal and nonfatal overdoses in the U.S. Even tiny amounts of this drug can cause significant harm or even death. Due to its high potency, it can pose a great danger to anyone who comes into contact with it, including first responders.
The Orange County Health Care Agency will distribute Naloxone (Narcan) following a brief lesson on its use. We encourage you to attend this meeting to learn how to keep yourself, your family, and your community safe.
