Loving God, on this second day of Christmas the church celebrates the feast of Saint Stephen, the first martyr. As Stephen proclaimed the faith, he paid the ultimate price. Grant us the integrity to live and love as you have taught us; grant us the courage to work for justice and peace.

The Grotto's Christmas Festival of Lights continues through Dec. 30. This annual event celebrates the true meaning of Christmas with music, lights and joy.

Known as the world's largest Christmas Choral Festival, five choirs per night will perform inside the Chapel of Mary, with its cathedral-like acoustics. 

There are nightly puppet shows and caroling in the pavilion tent, and don't forget the millions of lights! Back by popular demand - our giant, walk-thru Christmas tree.

Centennial Approaches

The Grotto will celebrate its 100th Anniversary in 2024. Stayed tuned next week for more details about a year's worth of commemorative events.

To kick the year off, The Grotto is partnering with the American Red Cross to collect 100 units of blood at our three-day blood drive in our Conference Center next month.
