Memorial of Blessed Bonaventure of Pistoia, OSM
O Lord our God, give me the grace today to take the example of St. Bonaventure to heart and live faithfully as a Servant of Mary by following the wisdom of the Gospels. Allow me to share that wisdom with those looking for a deeper relationship with you as a spiritual guide. All of us are prone to choose our will over yours. May we find the wisdom that will guide us to choose rightly the better path among those open to me as St. Bonaventure did his lifetime. Give me the grace of your wisdom and prudence of judgement to choose according to God’s will.

I ask this today through the intercession of Blessed Bonaventure. Amen.

Fr. Ignatius Kissel, OSM

Lights of Hope - Special Edition
These special edition Lights of Hope were hand crafted from lights which once shone in the darkness on the Chapel of Mary before its restoration earlier this year.

Only ten of these special edition ornaments were made. Each ornament comes in a decorative box, signed by the artist.

As we celebrate our 97th anniversary, we offer these one-of-a-kind ornaments for $97 each. Proceeds will support the Chapel's ministries throughout the year.

Free shipping is offered within the United States.

About the Festival

This year’s Festival will look a little different due to the ongoing pandemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to produce a safe but fun Festival.

The Grotto’s Christmas Festival of Lights features two million lights and hosts nightly indoor holiday concerts in the Chapel. Continuous entertainment for all ages is offered in The Grotto’s plaza area, including outdoor caroling, puppet shows, and an assortment of musical guests.

The Festival reflects the special season of hope that Christmas offers.

Parking

Parking on site and on adjacent streets is free, but we encourage you to come early if you wish to enjoy a particular concert.

Choir Schedule

We are still in the process of confirming our slate of performances for the 2021 Festival. Due to the pandemic, there may be fewer performers this year. However, we plan to fill the Chapel with music throughout the Festival.
