Festival fun and then some!

Festival season is in full swing in Orangeville! Get ready for back-to-back celebrations in August as Theatre Orangeville’s Summer Arts Fest and the Dufferin Film Festival take center stage.

This month, we’re rolling out the welcome mat for festivalgoers and helping you squeeze every drop of magic out of your time in town. When you’re not exploring the captivating realm of independent Canadian film, immersing yourself in all forms of artistic expression, or soaking in the electric festival vibes, here are three unforgettable ways to experience the Orangeville that locals love and visitors never forget.

Start your day, your way

There’s nothing like a small-town morning to set the tone for an amazing day. Sip fresh coffee at a cozy café, treat yourself to something sweet, wander through artful spaces, or breathe in the fresh air on a scenic trail. Recharge and take a moment for you, because once the festivities begin, you’ll want to be ready for it all!

Wander the heart of Orangeville

Our vibrant downtown is more than just a backdrop. It’s part of the show! With many of our celebrations happening in and around this historic hub, it’s the perfect place to stroll and explore. Discover heritage buildings, vibrant public art, unique local shops, and friendly faces around every corner. It’s the perfect place to slow down and soak in Orangeville’s authentic charm!

End the evening on a high note

Treat yourself to a relaxed and flavorful end to your day. Dine on a welcoming patio, savor a delicious meal at one of our local eateries, and take in some live music. (check our Instagram story highlights every Friday for the latest lineup).

However you festival, we’re here to help make it unforgettable. Check out our festivalgoers itinerary for even more ways to experience the very best of Orangeville!
