Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Closed Sundays and Wednesdays.

As I write this at the end of November I'm looking forward (kind of) to the frosty chill in the air that is supposed to accompany this change of seasons. So far we still have sunny and warm in eastern Kentucky. Families are planning the big gatherings, we start sharing favorite recipes and stop to acknowledge the bounty that surrounds us.  We are blessed in this country to have abundant food, resources to stay warm and cool, and people of good will at every turn. We at Fiber Frenzy are so very thankful for the friends we have made, the opportunities we have to share our love of fiber arts, the supportive and encouraging community of Berea.  Thank you, every one, for your business. You could shop anywhere; we are so happy you choose to shop with us.  Here are some reminders about the end of November.

Enjoy your Thanksgiving Day with your families. If you need a break from the big box stores on Black  Friday, stop in at Fiber Frenzy for a cup of tea and a comfy chair. Jessica's Creations Trunk Show is that day, with lots of specials and the chance to chat with Jessica about her yarn and spinning fibers.

Shop Small  Saturday is  November 26. Make your first stop of the day at Berea's Visitor Center to pick up your shopping bag and grab some refreshments. Then come over to Fiber Frenzy for some great deals. First, all Plymouth Yarns will be 10% off one day only. If you spend $50 that day on Plymouth products you will receive a $20 coupon towards your next Plymouth purchase in the month of December. This is a really good deal, so be sure to check out all the Plymouth lines we carry!  Rock & String Creations trunk show is that day also - don't miss it!

You won't want to miss out on the new yarns and specials from A Yarn Well Spun, a very popular Kentucky fiber artist whose yarns are unique blends and colors that are soft reflections of Kentucky's natural beauty.

Jeanette Adams of Bellowing Hills will be in the shop also, demonstrating spinning and signing her series of children's books!

Do you have your heart set on that special hank of yarn or set of needles? Drop off your wish list at Fiber Frenzy and then let your loved ones know where to shop. We will make sure that there is something special under the tree with YOUR name on it.

The  Berea Christmas Parade is Sunday, December 3rd at 6 pm.  Tourism will have open house and refreshments all  weekend.   Fiber Frenzy will offer 15% off all cotton yarn and Artisan handbags on Saturday, Dec. 2nd to welcome in the Christmas shopping season.

Teresa from Doodle Fibers will be in the shop on  December 10 and again on  December 22. She will demonstrate supported spinning all day and guarantees that you, too, can spin yarn in a half hour or less. Teresa has refined methods of spinning and brings a wealth of knowledge - and a lot of humor - to spinning.  Drop in either day - or both - to learn a new skill!

Jessica will be in the house on  December 17. Call to schedule your spinning lesson, either wheel or drop spindle. Jessica has been teaching spinning for several years, here and at fiber festivals across Kentucky.  She is a great resource and loves to share her skills.

We send you all our very warmest wishes for a happy Christmas and healthy New Year.
