As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we've undertaken together as a team. In this season of gratitude, I want to express my sincere appreciation for each of you.

Your hard work, integrity, and excellence are seen and appreciated.

On November 15^th, FiberLight’s leadership team hosted our Board for our quarterly meeting and to ratify our FY24 Budget. The event was hosted right in the heart of the Internet, Ashburn Virginia. We started the day at Equinix’s DC4 facility where we spent the morning in session with our board followed by a tour of the facility as well as some background on Equinix’s Ashburn campus which is their largest deployment globally.

Following the tour, we were able to meet up with Wayne and Troy from our Field Services and Construction Team to meet with the Cloud HQ team which is in the middle of a 150MW Data Center as part of a massive new campus build for one of our Hyperscaler customers.

The Cloud HQ team walked us through the size and stages of their project as well as joined us to show us a recent Fiberlight deployment on Loudon Pkwy in Ashburn. It was a great opportunity to showcase our capabilities to the board and help them get a better understanding of the level of complexity and coordination that goes into a project of that size, not to mention a shameless plug to see a Fiberlight branded truck onsite!

1.    Log in to ADP.

2.    Select "MyLearning ADP" (under "Quick Links").

3.    Choose "Content Library" and search for your desired topic.

4.    Select the course you're interested in and click "Start this Course."

5.    For live classes, pick your preferred enrollment date.

6.    Finish by selecting "Register."
