New Long-Term Band Sub

Please welcome Jay Gillespie, the new long-term sub for Ballard High School who will start later this week or next. The directors are very excited about Jay who is highly recommended from the University of Washington. Jay graduated in June and even student-taught during this spring adding online teaching experience. Jay is very excited to join the team, provide some leadership, and get started. Fiddlers

Ballard Fiddlers Start Tonight

Starting this evening, the Fiddlers will meet from 6:30-8:00 PM every Tuesday with a new instructor, Matt Hopper. All students playing bowed or strummed string instruments are welcome as are drums and keyboards.

Jazz Band

Rehearsals Start This Week

Mr. Parrish, BHS Jazz teacher, and Mr. Gillespie, Interim Band Director are ready with materials for both Jazz 1 & 2 classes which started yesterday and today.

Jazz 1 is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning at 7:30 am

Jazz 2 is Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 am.
