Boot Reimbursement

We're excited to announce an update to our policy regarding boot reimbursement! Going forward, field personnel will now be eligible for a yearly $200 reimbursement for steel toed boots, a change from the previous allowance of every two years. Please note that this update applies exclusively to our field personnel, while the policy remains unchanged for office staff.
